FUNCFIT

Level: Love All Come All (All Levels):
Description: FuncFit is catered to all levels of fitness regardless what age you are, or more importantly how old you think you are. The 60min class is a mixture of the familiar- schoolyard gymnastics, with core basic functional movements, with some resistance thrown in. It is a FUN and FUNCTIONAL workout- and you have to do it more than once!

MIDDAY MELT

Love All Come All (Beginner to Intermediate)
Description:
Sitting in the office to the point your skin has turned a whiter shade of pale? Has your rear end molded to that ergonomic chair? Well MIDDAY MELT is a quick no excuse answer to getting your body moving, heart racing and your blood pumping – all in 30min no stress solution – so get out the office, have some fun, and feel energized for the rest of the day!

ULTIMATE ENDURANCE

Steady There (Intermediate to Advance)
Description:
One of SOS’s signature classes – not for the faint hearted, or the couch potato to say the least. This 40min non stop cardio and strength endurance workout is tailored for that weekend warrior athlete who wants to show off, or someone who just likes a good old fashion challenge. Functional movements, strongman style weight challenges and traditional circuit training awaits those who want to be better – on and off the field.

MAX LIFT

Description:
Looking to get stronger? Always thought that lifting a bar with huge weights above your head was impossible? Well, come down to MaxLift, and start from the bottom- literally and in no time you will be lifting that heavy bar. Does not matter if you have lifted or or not, this class helps you no matter the level. Functional Olympic Weightlifting movements are the focus here, done with focused instruction with a high enough intensity level that you will still have that endorphin high after.

Cray Cray (Advanced)
Description:
You have been there, but still can’t do all of that. You need that extra edge, and one extra session on top of your four already won’t hurt. Well X is here – it is a tailored class for those on the X personal training program. You will have to get the program with our head coach, and then come to the class ready to do your homework. Not for the faint hearted, but that’s why you are still reading right?
