FUNCFIT

Description: FuncFit is catered to all levels of fitness regardless what age you are, or more importantly how old you think you are. The 60min class is a mixture of the familiar- schoolyard gymnastics, with core basic functional movements, with some resistance thrown in. It is a FUN and FUNCTIONAL workout- and you have to do it more than once!

STRONGMAN CLASSICS

Description:
If you crave more than just a little weightlifting, powerlifting or functional training, this is where we transform you into an Englishman powerhouse where we give you the fundamentals and advance techniques of flipping tires, lifting more than beyond you can imagine, and, shooting lightning bolts out of your eyes!

BASE STRENGTH

Description:
One of SOS’s signature classes – Perfect class to come to if you’re just starting out your strength training journey. This 60 min class will teach you some fundamental technique to allow you to learn how to get stronger by being safer. We’ll teach you how to train certain muscle groups in isolation, or how to get certain muscles bigger OR smaller, your choice!

PURE OLY

Description:
Looking to get stronger? Always thought that lifting a bar with huge weights above your head was impossible? Well, come down to Pure Oly, and start from the bottom- literally and in no time you will be lifting that heavy bar! Does not matter if you have lifted before, this class helps you no matter what level you’re on. Olympic Weightlifting movements and its accessories are the main focus here, done with instructions on a high enough intensity that you will still have that endorphin high after!
