Lewis has been an athlete all his life, and his journey has taken him from the rugby fields of Auckland New Zealand to the weightlifting Platform of the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games. His drive for being better day after day has led to his passion to set up the Solitude Of Strength facility for everyone who wants to be better physically on a day to day basis.
Lewis is taking his strong background in Chinese style Olympic weightlifting and merging it with functional concepts to help anyone and everyone achieve their goals be it the professional athlete, the weekend warrior, the fallen hero and the mother of four wanting to get up each day.

Cheryl chanced upon a sport called Strongman when she was a student, and it’s life changing ever since. She then ventured into various sports like Weightlifting, Powerlifting, CrossFit, Dragon boat and Outrigger Canoe. Learning the different aspects and techniques of the sport, and eventually help others with her experiences and knowledge is what she enjoys most.
Her best achievement is winning the title of Singapore Strongest Woman in 2013 and 2015.

Be Kind, Be Better, Be Yourself! Those are the words that Emmanuel strives to achieve in his daily life and also in his coaching. Since 2015, Emmanuel has been deeply involved in the setup at Solitude of Strength, starting out as a member and slowly evolving into one of the coaches, imparting his own unique brand of “thinking” workouts to his Sunday Metcon class.
Involved in competitive sports since young, Emmanuel has always had a keen interest in fitness and finding ways and methods to sharpen his edge. He is often found trawling fitness websites for new ways to “inspire” his students and for shopping deals for new shoes and fitness gear.
Cheerful and always approachable, come try his class on Sundays and maybe he’ll share a deal or two with you.

Sarah is a functional nutritionist and coach, founder of The Nourished Co., and owner of The Source Bulk Foods Singapore.
She grew up as an athlete, playing sports like basketball, volleyball, badminton, and tae kwon do. In university, her venture in Muay Thai led her to find CrossFit and Powerlifting, which she competed in for a number of years.
As a competitive athlete, Sarah understands the pressure that women face in the health space to do more and weigh less. Sarah has made it her mission to help everyday athletes find a sustainable approach to nutrition and exercise that goes just beyond green smoothies and 6-pack abs.
